Out of stock Items & Product Substitutions
If a product is unavailable, a substitution may be provided. When an item is out of stock, you won't be charged for that item &/or it may be backordered with the supplier.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order before shipping without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is at the discretion of the supplier, generally before shipping from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you receive a damaged item, please keep a photo record of the issue & contact the supplier within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. A return may be requested & a refund can be processed for any goods which are not fit for purpose.
Refunds can be issued on a case by case basis & a request for a refund must be made within 24 hours of a delivery being received.

Missing Items
If an item you have ordered is missing from your delivery, please contact the supplier directly to arrange a refund or replacement.
